Don’t Go Small. Go Australia

Come and Say G’Day – Don’t Go Small. Go Australia is Tourism Australia’s latest campaign to encourage the tourist back into the fold.

According to Tourism Australia,  the country generated $60.8 billion in direct tourism gross domestic product (GDP) in the financial year 2018–19. This represents a growth of 3.5 per cent over the previous year – faster than the national GDP growth!

The Tourism Australia campaign will run in Germany, France, Italy, and Canada as well as the USA and UK, with tactical placements in landmark sites in New York, London and Paris.

Our recommendation for a landmark site would be New York’s Winter Garden Theatre where Australia’s Hugh Jackman gives the performance of his career in The Music Man.  With some estimated advanced ticket sales reaching a reported $50 million, we think this location should be top of the list in promoting Australia.
